@WhatUpIan could you help me with a live-streaming question I have with getting the stream key for locals? I’m trying to get my rumble streams for The Whiskey Capitalist Podcast to also go live at “Til Death Podcast Network” locals community. I watched a previous video you released on how to do this but locals must of updated its set up since then because I can’t locate the stream key anymore. Thanks in advance for your help.

Remember when you used to do Meme Mondays? I saw this and thought of you.

Taking Note of Rumble's New Move: The Small Creator Partnership Program
Listing the first 43 creators I found that were accepted.

What Up Folks! I wanted to share some exciting news that's buzzing in the content creation world. Rumble is rolling out their Small Creator Partnership Program, and it's turning heads! It's clear to me that Rumble is making a solid effort to highlight and support up-and-coming creators on their platform.

So, What's This Program All About?

Simply put, Rumble's new program is designed to support emerging creators like many of us (except I exceed the follower count, poor me right...lol). They've got 50 slots open for the first round, and it looks like they're being selective, aiming to get a wide variety of streamers.

Here's the Lowdown:

  • Keep It Regular: To get on board, you've got to stream for at least 2 hours a day and at least 5 days a week. Sounds like a great way to connect with our audience more often.
  • Got a Following? Great! This is for folks who've got between 50 and 2,000 followers on Rumble. They're really targeting those who are building their presence.
  • Shout It Out: Every stream we do needs a shoutout on our socials. That means sharing the love and getting the word out there.

The cherry on top? There's a chance to pocket $500 in just 30 days!

A Look at Some Round 1 Creators:

Today, content creators are starting to receive their acceptance emails, and I've spotted 43 of them already, with the help of @pbeavr. It's a mix of all sorts of talents, and it's pretty exciting to see who made the cut. If I missed you on the list, let me know. If you made the cut, Congrats! If you didn't don't get down on yourself, keep pumping out great content and good things will come!

What We Know So Far About Rumble Studio

What Up Locals! Diving into some exciting news about Rumble's latest offering: Rumble Studio. As we all gear up for this new tool in our content creation arsenal, let's break down what we know so far and the questions that are still up in the air.

What is Rumble Studio?

Rumble Studio is emerging as a promising, free alternative to StreamYard, developed by Rumble. It's a one-stop streaming studio that's set to revolutionize the way we go live, whether it's on Rumble, Locals, YouTube, Twitch, or Facebook.

Key Features and Observations

  1. Stream to Anywhere: With Rumble Studio, you can go live on multiple platforms, including Rumble, Locals, YouTube, Twitch, and Facebook. This multi-platform capability maximizes your reach across different audiences.

  2. Join Forces: The platform supports easy collaboration with friends and guests, enhancing the interactivity and engagement of your streams.

  3. Canvas Customization: You have the freedom to add text, images, and more to your stream, allowing for a personalized broadcasting experience.

  4. Device Compatibility: Rumble Studio supports streaming from any device – Web, iOS, and Android, ensuring you're not limited by hardware constraints.

  5. Moderation Tools: The platform enables you to delegate full control to a co-host, streamlining the management of live streams.

  6. Caller Queue (Coming Soon): A promising feature that will allow live questions from your audience, fostering better engagement and interaction.

  7. Performance Monitoring (Coming Soon): This feature will offer insights into live chat, viewer stats, and more, which is essential for understanding your audience and improving your content.

  8. Clips (Coming Soon): The ability to export your favorite moments from your stream will be invaluable for creating highlight reels or sharing snippets on other platforms.

  9. Streamlining Streaming to Locals: This is a massive benefit for creators. I've previously made a video on how to stream to Locals using StreamYard via RTMP(

    placeholder
), but Rumble Studio's integration into Locals should make it ten times easier to stream directly to Locals using Rumble Studio.

  10. User-Friendly Interface: Rick, the Head of Product Development at Rumble, recently conducted a live test stream, inviting various streamers to join(

    placeholder
). The feedback? It's easy to join, and the interface feels familiar, especially if you're used to StreamYard.

  11. Integrated Chat Features: The platform incorporates Rumble chat seamlessly, along with chats from other platforms, displayed in real-time during your stream.

  12. View-Only Chat Functionality: Currently, the chat feature is view-only, without the option to reply within Rumble Studio.

  13. Not an OBS Replacement: While Rumble Studio offers a range of streaming features, it's important to note that it's not intended to replace OBS, especially for advanced streaming needs.

  14. Ideal for Various Content Types: The platform caters well to a diverse range of streaming needs, from podcasts and news shows to simple gaming setups.

Lingering Questions

  1. What's the Output Quality?: StreamYard charges a premium for 1080p streaming. Does Rumble Studio offer this as a standard?

  2. Replay Storage: Will the replays be stored on studio.rumble.com, or will they need to be downloaded from your Rumble account, like standard live streams?

  3. Custom Layouts: During Rick's stream, there were about 4-5 layouts visible. How customizable are the stream layouts? Can we create our own to suit our unique streaming styles?

I've been openly critical about Rumble's development of Rumble Studio, mainly because my concern always centers around features that can make or break the decision of a user or creator to stay on the platform. Rumble Studio is undoubtedly a boon for a large segment of creators who currently invest heavily in services like StreamYard. However, it's clear that this isn't initially geared towards gamers or intended as an OBS replacement.

What excites me is the potential of Rumble Studio to attract a vast audience of creators who prefer simpler streaming setups. This could be a significant draw for creators to Rumble. But, and this is a big but, my concern lingers around whether these new creators will stay, considering some basic yet crucial features are still missing on Rumble.

So, while I'm hopeful and see the enormous potential in Rumble Studio, I pray that it not only brings more creators to the platform but also encourages Rumble to continue developing and adding those fundamental features that are essential for retaining creators in the long run.

That's what we know so far, folks! Keep streaming, keep innovating, and let's hope for the best with Rumble Studio. If you have any questions, leave them in the comments below.
